Supposedly, these people are protesting the governemnt which took over the strategic command from the U.S. forces in the time of war, because they still want the U.S. to protect South Korea. I'm not sure if this was actually the case, though, since I wasn't able to talk to any of the protesters. I had more important things to do... like eating.
